Month 3 of the "My Motherhood project"! This month the question asked was:

"What is your favourite activity to do with your little ones?"

Such cute and creative photos! It is my absolute favourite thing seeing the pictures come in! It's fun to see what other moms are doing and what they enjoy doing with their babes! You can definitely tell summer is on its way! Yay! :D

Different seasons bring different activities we like to do together! Now that spring has hit, and summer is almost here we just love to get outside! It doesn't matter if we are in the sandbox, going down the slide, going for a walk with the stroller, or just running aimlessly around our yard! Being outside is refreshing to me! We are all happier and there are so many less distractions to get in the way of me spending quality time with my kids!!

A lot of things popped in to my mind when I read this question but the answer that overwhelmingly came to mind was cuddling together. There is nothing better than snuggling up to my baby when he is sleepy and holding his hand to help him feel safe and warm. Some of my favorite times are in the early morning when the sun comes up and he starts to wake up. Then I'll bring him into bed with me and we sleep the last hour or two next to one another, sometimes he'll wake and all it takes is a gentle touch and back to sleep he goes.

My sweet boy loves doing everything, EVERYTHING with me. However we both share a love for animals and the outdoors. We enjoy spending time together playing with the neighbours dog and cat or digging in the garden it's the highlight of our day!

I love going to the park with Saeryn. She loves to pick up all of the rocks that she can hold in her hands. We also love to go down the slide. We also like to read books, jump on the trampoline, and play with bubbles! <3

It may not be considered an activity, but down time with my little one is my absolute favorite. Whether its pre or post nap time, those cuddles are unforgettable. A time out from his regular busyness where he is just content to be with me.

There are quite a few things I love to do with Arial, but one of our favorite is hanging out together outdoors :) I love showing her the buds that are unfolding into leaves, the ticklish shards of grass under her feet or a chirping bird in the sky. She especially loves (and giggles with delight) when we chase Ranger (our husky/lab dog) around the yard, or she gets to "pet" our cat Jasper and when we go visit the neighbors big, friendly horses! She is developing into quite the little country child!

Wilder and I love visiting with others. We love going for play dates or having people over for coffee. We love going for walks! Wilder loves being out and about. One of Wilder's favourite people to hang out with is his uncle Kevin. If I could speak for Wilder I'm sure he would say "He's just so dang fun!"
